We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to get your fishing gear to you:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Returns & Exchanges
At Fishing Products Store, we stand behind our products like we stand behind our casts. If you’re not completely satisfied with your rods, reels, tackle, or apparel, we’ll make it right.
Return Policy Details
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and all tags must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Fishing Hooks (due to sharp points and potential contamination)
- Jig Heads (used or opened packages)
- Opened Cooking & Food Prep items
- Crab Gear showing signs of use
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your fishing gear:
Step 1: Contact Customer Service

- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Body: Include product name(s), reason for return, and preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Exchange confirmation (if applicable)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely with:
- Original packaging and accessories
- Copy of order confirmation
- Return authorization number clearly visible
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received, we’ll:
- Inspect the item within 2-3 business days
- Process your refund or ship your exchange if approved
- Send email confirmation when complete
Refund Information
When your return is approved:
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: Additional 2-10 business days depending on your financial institution
- Original Shipping: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement once the return is approved
- Price differences will be charged or refunded as needed

Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective:

International Returns
For returns outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping and customs fees
- We recommend using EMS for returns to our Oklahoma facility
